This free 45-minute coaching exploration call is a safe, supportive space — no pressure, no judgment.
We’ll start by talking honestly about how you’re really feeling right now — mentally, emotionally, and in your day-to-day life. From there, we’ll begin to uncover the deeper patterns and pressures behind how you're feeling.
Then we’ll look forward. You’ll have space to define what you truly want life to look and feel like — at home, at work, and in yourself — and we’ll explore what needs to shift to help you move from where you are now to where you want to be.

Hi, I'm Rachel...
An accredited NLP Coach and Practitioner, Strategic Life Coach and EFT Practitioner, based in South Cambridge.
For the past two years, I’ve worked with professional women in high-pressure corporate roles — specialising in female lawyers — helping them restore their energy, find balance, and feel more like themselves again.
Before going full-time in my coaching business, I spent two years working at Irwin Mitchell, one of the UK’s leading law firms.
It gave me an inside view of the profession’s unique pressures — the long hours, the emotional weight of client work, the expectations, and the constant push to prove yourself.
That experience, combined with nearly two decades in fast-paced corporate environments, showed me just how easy it is for brilliant, capable women to silently burn out while holding everything together.
